8T Heavy Duty Hydraulic Swaging Tool

Make your life easier with this heavy duty 8 tonne hydraulic crimping tool. Crimps stainless swage fittings for 3.2mm wire rope.

This tool can be used to crimp 4mm wire rope fittings, however is unlikely to be suitable for publically accessible wire assemblies or commercial projects. For a superior, stronger crimp we recommend stepping up to the 12T hydraulic swaging tool.

The extended tool arm provides greater leverage for easier and stronger crimping.

Comes with a range of die sizes: 6mm², 10mm², 16mm², 25mm², 35mm², 50mm², 70mm², 95mm², ideal for also crimping Copper and Aluminium lugs.

Supplied with an o-ring rebuild kit, for future self-service maintenance.

Hardened die sets in 6mm² and 10mm² can purchased separately. 6mm² dies are usually used for stainless swage fittings for 3.2mm wire rope. 10mm² dies are usually used for stainless swage fittings for 4.0mm wire. Although not 100% essential to use the tool, hardened dies will last a lot longer and won't round out easily when used with strong metal swage fittings, such as stainless steel.
