Wire Balustrade Kit #93 – Jaw/Swage Mini System (Timber & Metal)

Perfect for runs less than a metre where you want to reduce the visual bulk of the fittings and maximise the wire, this compact wire balustrade kit features a Jaw & Swage Bottlescrew 5mm for 3.2mm wire, a Fork Terminal M5 x 3.2mm, 2qty Saddles M5 and 4x 6G Self Tapping Stainless Steel Screws (or Stainless Rivets).

Perfect to use with 3.2mm 7x7 and 1x19 wire rope.

All in stainless steel 316. These fittings require hydraulic swaging.

You can use a hydraulic swaging machine or a hydraulic hand swaging tool.

Also recommended is the bottlescrew spanner to simply and easily adjust the tensioner.
