Wire Balustrade Kit #101 – Flip Lock System (Metal)

This smart and sleek system is fast becoming a favourite with our metal post customers. The Flip Lock Nuts combined with a Swage Stud Terminal and Swage Stud Bottlescrew allows you to create neat, streamlined wire runs between existing metal posts. With the addition of a Swage Stud Bottlescrew, you now have extra tensioning capability. This is useful for long runs that require more leeway. Requires hydraulic swaging.

There is no design on the market like this system. It eliminates the requirement for installing rivet nuts and rivet nut tools. Included in this kit is a Flip Lock Nut RHT at each end of your wire rope run, a Swage Stud Terminal RHT and the Swage Stud Bottlescrew. Suitable for 3.2mm wire rope.

The system can be used on stairs/angles too. You just need to tilt the flip lock ~90 degrees to ensure the latch remains flat against the inside wall of the post.

• 2x Flip Lock Nut RHT M6 x 30mm
• Swage Stud Bottlescrew M6
• Swage Stud Terminal RHT M6
