Lag Eye Screw M8 x 60mm Stainless Steel 316

These M8 x 60mm Lag Eye Screws (Screw Eyes) are solid anchors for fixing to timber. Commonly used with 4mm wire balustrade fittings, and often supplied for espalier/trellis runs where the wire runs are 'standing off' the fence, requiring the extra torsional strength to handle the tensioned wire.

You can simply and easily drive these into the timber post using a purpose built M8 lag eye screw driver bit. Pre-drill the timber post with a 5.5mm or 6mm diameter drill bit.
